Cultara is Hiring — Contract Full-Stack Developer (Remote/Hybrid, GTA)

Cultara is building an AI-driven platform that helps organizations navigate cultural alignment during M&A, integrations, and major transformations. We’re looking for a contract full-stack developer who can support our Python backend, but play a major role in shaping our front-end interfaces while working hands-on with our LLM + vector database architecture.

You’ll work on:

Python-based backend services and data pipelines
LLM-driven scoring, retrieval, and embedding workflows
Front-end UI/UX development as a core responsibility (React/Next.js or similar)
Vector DB work (indexing, querying, performance tuning)

Great fit if you:

Are strong in Python
Have experience with vector search / embeddings or are eager to learn
Have deep experience building polished, modern front-end interfaces
Want flexible remote/hybrid work with a GTA-based team
