The Role and Candidate
As part of our expanding European operations, we are looking for a Junior Merchandising Coordinator to support the merchandising team across multiple markets. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in merchandising operations and an eagerness to build their expertise within a fast-growing retail environment.
You will play a key role in stock replenishment, data accuracy, cross-functional communication, and product performance tracking. Your work will directly support our store teams, online channels, and the wider business in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success.
Responsibilities
Manage weekly stock replenishment allocations for stores and Roboshops, aligned with delivery schedules to maximise sales.
Create, review, and maintain weekly replenishment orders accurately within internal systems.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure clear communication around stock availability, deliveries, and replenishment plans.
Support weekly trade analysis and new product performance reviews, contributing to weekly stock and monthly sales reports.
Assist with weekly new product launches across multiple sales channels.
Contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement projects within the merchandising function.
Provide ad hoc analytical support to the merchandising team as required.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above.
1–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, supply chain, or retail operations.
Experience in a retail environment is a strong advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively within a team.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently when needed.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, ask questions, and contribute ideas.
