We are excited to be working with a VC-backed SaaS startup in the food tech space looking to hire a couple of exceptional Sales Development Representatives into their London office. Having secured an impressive investment last year, they’re now keen to scale their Sales Development team with high-potential and ambitious individuals

You will report to their top performing Sales Manager, opening conversations with potential clients and driving new business, through a mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in kickstarting their career in tech sales and you’ll be on a fast upwards trajectory towards a closing sales role

As Sales Development Representative you will:

Build opportunity creation through qualifying inbound leads and owning outbound outreach
Lead outbound prospecting within your vertical, becoming an expert in the sector
Be involved in events and contribute to content marketing initiatives to generate relevant and engaging content for your target audience
Understand and communicate the core value propositions of the product to prospective customers
Use research and data to constantly optimise and improve your approach

We want to hear from you if:

You’re either a recent graduate, keen to take their first steps into the world of software sales.
Or you’ve got 6+ months experience in another sales role, but would love to work in a fast paced high growth startup.
Even though we do not require experience for this role we need a strong communicator, hunger, curiosity, resilience and bags of enthusiasm!

£30k base salary + £10k commission
