About the Role

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a passion for technology and a strong interest in business analysis and data management? We are looking for someone who can lead complex IT projects while understanding how data and processes drive strategic decisions. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring successful implementations that deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities

Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, including planning, budgeting, and quality control.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, data).
Monitor project risks and report progress to stakeholders.
Support the development of data governance and data management processes.
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
Knowledge of business analysis and data management (experience with BI tools is a plus).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies (Prince2, PMP).
Analytical, results-driven, and proactive mindset.
