What You’ll Do

Manage in-field brand campaigns across Canada, driving awareness and sign-ups for financial products.
Coordinate with marketing leaders, field teams, and partner locations to ensure smooth and impactful delivery.
Coach and support front-line ambassadors, ensuring they’re confident, informed, and motivated.
Analyze campaign performance data, translate insights into actionable improvements, and report outcomes.
Maintain alignment with the client’s mission, brand voice, and customer experience standards.

What You’ll Bring

Experience or ambition in campaign management, brand marketing, or in-person promotions.
Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
Analytical thinking — you can spot trends and act quickly.
A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.

Weekly pay with commissions and bonuses — typical total $600–$1000 per week.
