Behind every successful learning transformation is someone who can turn complexity into clarity and that's where you come in. As a Solutions Engineer at Kahoot!, you'll be at the heart of our sales motion, helping customers see exactly how our platform drives engagement, connection, and measurable learning outcomes.
You'll partner closely with Account Executives to shape opportunities, design solutions, and deliver demos that win trust and accelerate deals. Your expertise will help customers connect their challenges to tangible results, positioning Kahoot! as a trusted advisor as they scale learning and engagement across their organizations.
This role is ideal for someone early in their pre-sales career or ready to take that next step, who's excited to grow alongside a maturing Presales function and help shape it from the ground up.
You'll be part of a small, high-impact team driving Kahoot!'s growth as we expand the Kahoot! Core product into the enterprise market, with a focus on customers across Americas.
This role is based in Austin, Texas and will report to the Manager, Presales based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
On a typical day, you will:
Team up with Account Executives to uncover opportunities, design tailored solutions, and create customer excitement
Get under the skin of customer challenges, identify success criteria, and craft strategies that connect Kahoot!'s capabilities to business outcomes
Deliver show-stopping demos that inspire and bring Kahoot!'s value to life
Showcase the impact of Kahoot! through ROI storytelling, helping customers visualize measurable success
Guide prospects smoothly through evaluations and proof-of-concepts, solving challenges creatively and collaboratively
Share your insights and best practices, contributing to the evolution of Kahoot!'s pre-sales excellence across regions
Use data and pipeline insights to support forecasting and sales strategies
Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires — partnering with Sales, Product, and Security to ensure accuracy and speed

Requirements
3-5 years experience in B2B SaaS Pre-sales, Solution Consulting, or customer-facing roles (e.g. Customer Success, Advocacy, or Support)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English is a requirement. Other languages such as Spanish are an advantage.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong discovery, storytelling, and business acumen - able to connect Kahoot's value to customer priorities and measurable outcomes
Curiosity and a growth mindset, eager to learn, experiment, and help shape something new
Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with Sales, Product
