Job Specifications
Industry: Professional Services & Enterprise Technology — delivering complex IT, business transformation and infrastructure projects for public- and private-sector clients in London. This is an on-site Project Manager role based in London, UK, focused on delivering high-impact programmes with strong governance, stakeholder engagement and measurable business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery: define scope, build detailed plans, set milestones, and drive execution to on-time, on-budget completion.
Own project governance: implement stage‑gates, change-control processes, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and formal project reporting.
Manage finances and commercials: develop and track budgets, forecast costs, manage invoices and enforce contractual deliverables with vendors.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to ensure clear roles, accountability, and timely handovers across technical and business workstreams.
Engage stakeholders proactively: run steering committees, produce executive updates, manage expectations and drive decision-making across senior stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement: perform post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned and implement remediation to increase delivery predictability.
