Karen Kane, a family-run women’s apparel brand based in Los Angeles, is seeking an Ecommerce Buying Assistant to support our growing online business. This role works closely with our Director of Ecommerce & Buying to manage product launches, track inventory, coordinate samples, upload product information, assist with buying decisions, and help ensure a best-in-class digital shopping experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up and maintaining product listings on Shopify

• Assortment planning and tracking inventory arrivals

• Coordinating with Photo Studio and internal departments

• Running sales reports and analyzing product performance

• Assisting with weekly product launches, promotional planning, and merchandising

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years experience in ecommerce, buying, or retail

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; Shopify a plus

• Strong communication skills and passion for fashion
