Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management of an immersive experience project, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Coordinate and communicate with creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues as they arise
Oversee stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project status and milestones
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal requirements
Manage project documentation, reporting, and post-project evaluation
Foster a collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle
Skills And Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in project management, ideally within immersive, creative, or experiential environments
Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing complex budgets and project schedules
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work onsite in London as required; candidates must be based in or near London and available for hybrid work
