Job Title: LLM Trainer – Chinese

About the Role

This is a contract opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects. The role involves designing realistic conversations in Chinese to train and improve Large Language Models (LLMs). You’ll be simulating real-world interactions between users and AI assistants, ensuring natural, context-aware, and logically sound dialogues.

Responsibilities

Create multi-turn conversations between users and AI assistants.
Simulate real-world tool usage (e.g., calendar, maps, email).
Ensure dialogues follow formatting and quality guidelines.
Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain consistency.
Iterate based on feedback to improve realism and accuracy.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
Strong grasp of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), JSON, and logical reasoning.
Native or professional proficiency in Chinese + strong written English.
Experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or virtual assistants is a plus.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured guidelines.
