Job Description

The Technical Architect will be responsible for defining and designing Salesforce architecture for enterprise-level solutions. This role involves leading technical design sessions, documenting technical solutions, and ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, configuration, and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, design, and oversee Salesforce architecture for large-scale enterprise solutions.

• Lead technical design sessions and produce detailed technical documentation.

• Ensure best practices in coding standards, configuration, integrations, and deployments.

• Guide developers and administrators on Salesforce platform capabilities and technical direction.

• Oversee data modeling, security architecture, and performance optimization.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.

• Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce architecture using Financial Services Cloud.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integration patterns.

• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and version control tools.

• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/Systems Architect.
