We are an IT consultancy with headquarters based in Madrid and we are looking for an IT technician for one of our most important projects in the aerospace sector. The selected candidate would join during the first quarter of 2026.

The work is carried out from our client’s facilities, but we have a very flexible agreement that allows working from home on some days as well.

We work in an international and multidisciplinary team, so the position requires a high level of English.

In general, we are looking for dynamic people, flexible, eager to learn and grow, driven by innovative thinking and creativity, and interested in new technologies. Recent IT graduates are welcome.

What we are looking for:

Recent graduates are welcome
Good knowledge of IT hardware equipment
Good knowledge of operating systems (mainly Windows)
Scripting/programming experience is a plus
Experience working with Google Workspace (G Suite)
Knowledge of ServiceNow management is a plus
Proactive work attitude
Ability and willingness to work in a multifunctional and international environment
Good team spirit and customer-oriented mindset

Your tasks will include:

Installing and maintaining standard and high-end PCs (installing/updating and configuring software according to customer requirements)
Preparing IT hardware for training courses (installing/configuring software as required, providing access to training accounts)
Weekly checks of training rooms
Providing national (on-site) and international (remote) IT support, e.g., solving technical problems related to the operating system, common applications, user accounts, network, hardware, etc.
Monitoring system availability and proactively resolving issues
Designing and drafting technical documentation (installations, configurations, etc.)
Providing second- and third-level (L2/L3) technical support
Coordinating hardware replacements in case of failures
Coordinating/following up on incidents forwarded to other technical support teams
Installing, running, and performing technical administration of IT infrastructure systems, applications, and databases
Supporting tasks related to national and international projects
Supporting the transnational service manager in their tasks
Supporting the coordination of system and server updates with technical teams and other involved parties
Making national and international training room reservations
Maintaining the room reservation application
Following up on incidents related to the room reservation application with the responsible technical team
Acting as an interface with local partners and other support teams
Providing new ideas to help improve overall project processes
Participating in the implementation of new technologies (such as server virtualization, cloud services, new data structures) and driving digital transformation
