Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, deep understanding of CRM/CE capabilities, and proven ability to drive agile delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full project lifecycle delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations.
Act as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.
Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables using Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
Coordinate with functional consultants, technical teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
Ensure high-quality solution delivery aligned to business requirements and best practices.
Maintain project documentation including requirements, user stories, sprint plans, and status reports.
Build and manage project communication plans with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
Work closely with the Product Owner to refine backlog and ensure delivery alignment.
Identify project risks and create mitigation/resolution strategies.
Ensure compliance with organizational governance and project standards.

Required Skills & Experience

5–10+ years of project management experience, with a focus on D365 CRM/CE or Microsoft Dynamics projects.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead on CRM/CE implementations.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor relationships.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for managing sprints and requirements.
