Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in data science, be skilled in machine learning and statistical analysis, and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making processes within the organization and spearheading projects that leverage data for significant business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists in delivering innovative data solutions.

- Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in data science and continuously improve processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

- At least 5+ years of experience in data science or a related role with a proven track record of delivering impactful data analysis solutions.

- At least 2+ years of experience Leading the team.

- Strong background in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.

- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

- Familiarity with the specific industry standards and technology used in client projects.

- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
