Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (or ServiceNow Architect)
Compensation: $60 - $100 / Hour
Job Location: 1-3 days / week on-site in Chandler, AZ
Requirements: 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development
This is a 1-year (or more) contract role with an AI-powered ServiceNow company. The company is established and quickly scaling. This person will be responsible for developing ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Due to growth, they are currently hiring both ServiceNow developers and architects. They are ideally looking for someone who can commute to Chandler, AZ 1 - 3 times / week.

What You Will Be Doing
Application Development: Build, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and related solutions.
Automation & AI Enablement: Apply AI-driven features and automation frameworks to optimize workflows and deliver predictive insights.
Customization & Scripting: Develop tailored forms, reports, rules, and scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and modern UI technologies.
System Integration: Design and maintain connections between ServiceNow and external platforms such as LDAP, Active Directory, REST APIs, and SOAP services.
CMDB Management: Ensure accuracy and consistency of configuration items within the ServiceNow CMDB.
What You Need For This Position
Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, HTML5, SCSS, React.js, UI Builder).
Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and the ServiceNow Common Services Data Model (CSDM).
Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
Familiarity with update sets, version control, and deployment practices.
Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of ITIL principles, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Certifications: ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications strongly preferred; ITIL Foundation or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
