Job Specifications

JD: Salesforce QA

Define and implement QA strategy and test plans for Salesforce features, integrations, and data migrations.
Design, execute, and maintain test cases for functional, regression, integration, UAT, and non‑functional testing.
Coordinate and facilitate UAT with business stakeholders, capture feedback, and verify acceptance criteria.
Triage, document, and track defects; work closely with admins, developers, and product owners to resolve issues.
Validate end‑to‑end data integrity after migrations and sandbox refreshes, support test data management.
Contribute to test automation strategy, and quality gates for deployments.
Maintain QA documentation and build/reinforce testing runbooks and best practices.
