About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team in Montreal. This engagement offering the opportunity to work on large-scale Salesforce implementations in a collaborative environment. The role requires a proactive developer who can contribute immediately and help drive high-impact digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain front-end components and interfaces for Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Salesforce developers, and business analysts to translate user requirements into responsive, scalable interfaces.
Optimize application performance, usability, and accessibility.
Ensure seamless integration with Salesforce back-end and other enterprise systems.
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
Support ongoing development, testing, and deployment activities within agile sprints.
Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decisions.

Qualifications:

5+ years of front-end development experience, including advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (e.g., LWC, React, or Angular).
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, especially with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and component-based architecture.
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, data models, and security models.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I).
Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud or other Salesforce Clouds.

Work Environment:

Hybrid model: In-office presence required once every two weeks in Montreal.
Collaborative and bilingual work environment; ability to communicate fluently in both French and English is mandatory.
