Freelance Senior Account Manager
Bath (Hybrid, 3 days in the office) | Advertising / Creative Agency

A specialist advertising agency in Bath, is looking for a Freelance Senior Account Manager to support a busy period across several high-profile projects. They combine insight-led strategy, creative thinking and global industry knowledge to help ambitious brands connect with passionate audiences.

The Role
You’ll be the steady pair of hands managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring projects move smoothly from brief to delivery. Working across integrated campaigns, you’ll partner closely with strategy, creative and media teams to keep work aligned, informed and on track.

What You’ll Be Doing • Leading client communications and nurturing trusted relationships • Managing project timelines, budgets and workflow across multiple workstreams • Turning client goals into clear, actionable internal briefs • Collaborating with strategy and data specialists to support insight-driven work • Keeping delivery sharp, organised and calm—even when things shift unexpectedly • Bringing enthusiasm and understanding of cycling/outdoor culture into conversations and thinking

What They’re Looking For • Solid Senior Account Manager experience within advertising, integrated or creative agencies • Confident running mid-sized accounts and juggling multiple deliverables • Strong organisational skills, clear communication and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving • A collaborative style, comfortable working with creatives, strategists and media teams • Someone who can step in quickly and keep momentum high

Freelance contract TBC but possibly rolling | Hybrid working in Bath
