Position Overview:

A Business Product Manager, Digital sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and customer experience, essentially acting as the bridge between commercial goals and digital delivery.
By collaborating with key platform stakeholders, the Business Product Manager, Digital will leverage their technical expertise to gather and translate business requirements into technical requirements and guide the design, development, and implementation of Client platforms, including the website and portal (post log-in experience).
Acts as a Business Leader of the product and leads and defines product line strategy, product roadmaps and identifies business opportunities.
Works closely with various departments to improve processes enabled through the technologies implemented.
This role will regularly engage with a diverse user community to capture feedback and present to leadership on the overall product health and roadmap progress to ensure resources and priorities are focused and aligned with the needs of the business with a primary focus on creating a frictionless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Provides the guiding vision for the product and acts as a business leader of the product.
Works closely with departments to understand needs and translates them into appropriate application functionality.
Leads and defines product line strategy, product roadmaps and identifying business opportunities.
Works closely with departments to improve processes enabled through the technologies implemented.
Builds functional specifications for future releases. Represents the best interest of the Departments in high level technical design.
Develops User Acceptance Test Plans and facilitates User Acceptance Testing.
Leads, defines, and manages product releases and represents the business departments in ensuring project teams meet the defined schedules.
Ensures all customer and quality requirements are satisfied in the product delivery.
Works with departments, Project Managers and development teams during the design, development, test, training and launch phases of the development and release cycle.
Evaluates and reports on current product line performance and usage.
Leads the post-implementation support effort from functional and training perspectives.
Supervisor and Financial Responsibilities:
Collaborates across other departments that use and / or interface with Digital to include Operations, IT, Marketing, Sales and Revenue Management.
Daily interactions with individual contributors in professional roles.
Regular interactions with key customers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
Master's Degree (MBA or MS in Digital Strategy, Data Analytics, or Product Management), preferred.
7-10 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or related roles.
Proven track record managing end-to-end digital product lifecycles (ideation, design, build, launch, optimization).
Experience operating in agile environments, ideally as a Product Owner or Business Product Manager in Scrum teams.
Strong background in business process design and requirements translation between business and IT.
Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, IT, and operations.
Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and skilled in customer-facing digital products (e.g., websites, portals, mobile apps) and systems (e.g., Agolia, Strapi, Clouinary, Auth0).
Experience with user experience design (UX / UI) and familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar.
Prior work in a B2B or service-oriented industry (aviation, hospitality, travel, or logistics, a plus).
Deep understanding of agile and lean product management methodologies, including writing and managing epics, features, and user stories.
Proficiency in Jira and other agile project management tools to manage backlogs, sprints, and reporting.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect digital initiatives to commercial outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Analytical mindset with ability to leverage digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
Knowledge of API integrations, Content Management Systems (CMS), and data governance principles.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
