Do you have 5+ years of experience as a Security Architect? We are looking for a colleague to join our team in Brussels.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar Security Architecture or Risk Assessment role within large, complex hybrid environments (IT, OT, IoT, Cloud, ERP systems like SAP).
Expert knowledge of defining, formalising, and evolving target security architecture with a focus on Security by Design and Privacy by Design.
In-depth expertise in a broad range of security domains:
ICAM (Identity, Credential, and Access Management, including IAM, IGA, PAM).
Network Security (Segmentation, Zero Trust models, Cloud Security).
Cryptography (PKI, key management, strong authentication).
XDR / SIEM, logging, monitoring, and auditing solutions.
Secure integration of SAP and the secure use of Artificial Intelligence / Generative Models.
Strong knowledge of security regulations, standards, and frameworks, including NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST SP Series, and CyFun.
Proficiency in performing technical and architectural Risk Assessments and gap analyses on critical infrastructure and applications.
Experience in developing, maintaining, and aligning security processes, policies, and standards with business objectives and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency with architecture modelling tools and languages, specifically Archimate.
CISSP certification is strongly preferred. Other valued certifications include CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or SABSA.
Excellent communication, synthesis, and simplification skills; highly autonomous, rigorous, and solution-oriented.

Job Description:
Design, formalise, and continuously evolve the integrated security architecture covering IT, OT, cloud, and network environments.
Define and enforce security architecture standards, models, and principles aligned with strategic directives and regulatory compliance (NIS2, GDPR, etc.).
Lead technical and architectural Risk Assessments on projects, infrastructures, and industrial systems (OT/IoT), recommending appropriate mitigation measures.
Contribute to security governance committees and architecture committees to ensure technical decisions align with the target architecture and maintain traceability.
Provide expert support and advisory to project, IT, OT, and business teams for integrating security requirements during design, solution analysis, and procurement phases.
Monitor threat evolution, technology, and regulations, proposing continuous improvements to enhance the overall security posture and organisational resilience.
