Our client — a leading Canadian safety training organization — is looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to accelerate brand visibility, drive demand, and boost customer engagement.

If you’re a data-driven marketer who loves building campaigns, optimizing funnels, and owning the full customer lifecycle, this is your opportunity to lead marketing for a growing, mission-driven company.

What You’ll Own:

Growth + demand-gen campaigns

Customer lifecycle + retention programs

CRM + automation strategy

Brand, content, and digital presence

Marketing analytics + performance insights

What You Bring:

• 6–10+ years in growth, digital, or lifecycle marketing

• Experience running multi-channel campaigns

• Strong analytics, CRM, and automation skills

• A proactive, strategic, execution-driven mindset

Compensation: $80–90K + bonus + benefits.
