Title: Retail/Sales Assistant

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 2 months

Location : Bicester Village

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, including shifts and weekends

Shifts usually run from 11 am to 8 or 9 pm, with Sundays starting at 12 noon

Description:

Start each shift with a customer-ready floor and end by fully replenishing and preparing for the next day.
Stay active and engaged on the selling floor throughout the day.
Maintain fitting rooms, ensuring regular cleanups and readiness for customers.
Support markdowns, bi-annual inventory, and pre-sale activities.
Participate in store contests and contribute to team objectives.
Consistently achieve individual sales goals while demonstrating Burberry Behaviours.
Deliver excellent customer service with strong selling skills, motivation, and communication.
Build and maintain customer loyalty through active client development and follow-up.
Keep an updated and detailed client book, ensuring accurate client records.
Complete all Cultivate activities including relationship emails, client reactivation, capture compliance, and client invitations.
Follow company policies, procedures, and visual standards in line with Burberry guidelines.
Execute monthly floorsets and maintain visual presentation through proper replenishment and product handling.
Ensure merchandise is folded, hung correctly, and ticketed discreetly inside items.
