Job Specifications

Role: (SRE) & Application Support

Location: St Louis, MO

Duration: Contract

Responsibilities:

• Application Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production environments.

• SQL Database Management: Optimize queries, manage database performance, and ensure data integrity.

• Linux System Administration: Maintain and configure Linux-based servers, ensuring security and performance.

• Monitoring & Incident Management: Utilize tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk to track system health and respond to alerts.

• Automation & CI/CD: Implement automation for deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management.

• Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability.

• Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless application functionality.

• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SQL for database management and optimization.

• Expertise in Linux administration and troubleshooting.

• Experience with monitoring tools

• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficiency in scripting languages

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
