Job Title: Budget Analyst - Reimbursement Team

Location: Atlanta, GA 30313

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (9 months)

Shift: First Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Salary Range: $30.00 - $34.93 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Budget Analyst to join our O2C Reimbursement Team within Platform Services. The role primarily supports the Sales organization by managing the Customer Reimbursement process, ensuring compliance with customer contracts, and conducting various financial analyses. This position offers the opportunity to interact with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data related to customer agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and reconcile customer reimbursement processes, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
Develop and maintain internal systems and processes for accurate financial reporting.
Perform financial analyses, including verifying the accuracy of customer payment scorecards.
Assist in the creation and management of Beverage Marketing programs.
Provide ongoing financial training and support to the Sales team.
Address auditor inquiries and assist with financial audits as needed.
Manage prepaids, lease revenue, and other ad-hoc financial requests.
Facilitate communication between various teams to resolve financial and operational issues.
Ensure financial commitments to external clients are calculated and fulfilled according to customer agreements.

Required Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other data management tools.
Strong understanding of financial policies, procedures, and accounting principles.
Experience with data validation and resolving data inconsistencies.
Knowledge of business transactions, including accruals, customer agreements, and marketing programs.
Ability to complete financial reports accurately and efficiently.
