Data Programme Director – Global Data Transformation | PE-Backed Organisation

Data Programme Director reporting to CIO for a Global organisation operating in 50+ countries with c.10,000 employees embarking on a major data transformation journey to build a world-class data capability across its international footprint.

I'm looking for an experienced Data Programme Director to lead the design and delivery of a global data platform, master data management (MDM), and enterprise reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience working for Global companies selling Products rather than Services
Lead and oversee the global data transformation programme, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Build and manage the implementation of a modern data platform and MDM framework.
Drive consistency, quality, and governance across enterprise data assets.
Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders globally.
Manage relationships and delivery with multiple third-party vendors and partners.

Experience Required:

Proven experience leading large-scale data transformation programmes in a global business.

Expertise in Data Platforms, MDM, and Reporting / BI environments

Strong vendor and partner management experience.

Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, international organisation.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
