About Us:

We are a leading SaaS company specialized in school and sport photography. We are experiencing high growth (50%+). We currently sell in France and Belgium, we are preparing international expansion in 2027. We have staff in France and India. Our current headcount is 40.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and grow revenue for our SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed targets.
Identify target markets and develop plans to penetrate and expand within these segments.
Oversee lead generation activities including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
Establish KPIs and regularly report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with product development to ensure alignment of marketing activities with product features and updates.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Director or similar leadership role in SaaS or technology companies.
Strong understanding of SaaS industry, sales cycles, and digital marketing channels.
Strong analytical skills.
High sense of details
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Master’s degree in Business and/or Engineering.
Fluent in French and English.
