Job Specifications

Our client is seeking a well-rounded IT Systems Engineer with strong infrastructure expertise and a hands-on approach to managing systems across end-user computing, Azure cloud, and enterprise monitoring. This role will work closely with senior technical leaders to improve visibility, support Azure migration initiatives, and lead general infrastructure operations—without a focus on automation or scripting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-user computing initiatives, including Intune Autopilot configuration and deployment
Assist with the data center migration to Azure, ensuring a smooth transition of services and infrastructure
Evaluate and overhaul monitoring and visibility tools, ensuring the right solutions are in place to proactively manage systems and performance
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (including technical leads) to deliver infrastructure improvements across the organization
Manage and maintain Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, and related identity and access solutions
Support operational IT infrastructure tasks such as configuration, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
Contribute to the overall strategy for infrastructure monitoring and incident response processes

Top Skills You Need To Have

Proficient in Office 365 administration and support
Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and cloud service management
Strong knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., LogicMonitor, or similar tools)
Solid experience with Active Directory, including group policy and user administration
Experience with Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot deployment
Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity lifecycle management

Preferred

Experience supporting hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)
Ability to work across technical domains and collaborate with multiple teams
Comfortable managing infrastructure without heavy reliance on automation or scripting
Prior experience working in an infrastructure-focused role supporting monitoring and visibility for cloud platforms
