The firm focuses on high-end hospitality and resort-residential projects across the U.S., Caribbean, Mexico, and Europe, combining institutional discipline with entrepreneurial creativity to deliver world-class destinations and communities.

The Opportunity

This role will support all aspects of investment, development, and asset management activities—partnering closely with senior leadership across the organization. The Analyst will gain direct exposure to underwriting, deal modeling, market research, investor relations, and transaction execution, with a clear path toward increased responsibilities in sourcing, capital markets, and business development.

Support investment underwriting, modeling, and analysis for new development and acquisition opportunities
Conduct market research and prepare competitive and STR reports to inform project feasibility
Assist with transaction documentation, including LOIs, term sheets, and redlines
Manage investor reporting, quarterly updates, and presentations
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis, portfolio tracking, and internal reporting
Participate in site visits and travel to active and pipeline projects (approximately quarterly)
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, construction, and finance teams to support end-to-end project execution

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in real estate, finance, development, or a related field
Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel; exposure to Argus or similar tools preferred
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn the full investment lifecycle
Interest in luxury resort or residential development strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
