About the role: 

You will be working directly with the founder, to drive BOLDCUBE online presence to greatness! You will be responsible for managing and executing social and influencer strategies that bring our brand to life across our global markets. Working closely with partners, creators, and ambassadors, you will deliver content and campaigns that celebrate culture, talent, and sporting passion.

This is a hands-on role for someone with proven experience in social and influencer marketing. Someone who can spot trends, build meaningful relationships with creators, and help create content that resonates globally to BOLDCUBE’s mission. 

Salary Range £28,000- £37,000

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Global Influencer Marketing (Primary Focus)

Proactive Outbounding: Identify, outreach, and onboard influencers in ~10+ global territories to participate in campaigns.
Influencer Management: Nurture relationships with a high volume of influencers, ensuring they receive the correct product and deliver compelling content in a timely manner.
Platform Focus: Drive content volume and quality, primarily through Instagram and secondarily through TikTok.
Performance Tracking: Monitor, report, and optimise the efficiency of campaigns, focusing on reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

Social Media Channel Management

Content Curation & Publishing: Plan, curate, and schedule daily organic content across key social platforms (primarily Instagram and TikTok) to maintain an active and engaging brand presence.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor social channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and in brand voice to foster a strong community.
Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of platform trends, new features, and algorithm changes to ensure the brand's content is relevant and highly visible.
Content Repurposing: Strategically repurpose the high volume of user-generated and influencer content for use on owned social channels, aligning it with the brand's content calendar.

Digital Content & Merchandising

Manage and optimise digital product content (images, descriptions, A+ content) across various e-commerce platforms to maximise conversion rates.
Oversee digital merchandising efforts, ensuring product placements, promotions, and visual assets are strategically positioned across our online channels.
Support the management of performance across other marketplace accounts.

Retail Data & Support

Nice to have: Assist in collecting and analysing data related to retail merchandising to inform product positioning and retail partner strategies.

Essential Skills & Experience

Mandatory: Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable, practical experience in proactive, cold-outbounding to influencers (not just responding to inbound queries).
Proven experience in influencer relationship management and scaling programmes.
Strong understanding of social media metrics and e-commerce conversion drivers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, necessary for global outreach.
High level of organisation and the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
A 'data-led' mindset, comfortable with tracking and reporting on performance.
Hybrid, 3-4 days in our London, Oxford Street office.

On one end, there are scooters with sky high prices whilst others are so cheap it makes you wonder how safe they really are? But scooters shouldn't be expensive or complicated.
