About the Opportunity
Domani Group is seeking skilled DevOps Engineers to join our transformation programs focused on modernizing and optimizing large-scale digital platforms.
You will help design and implement automation pipelines, containerized environments, and continuous delivery systems that empower agile delivery across transformation initiatives.
Mission Context
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be part of the transformation journey to build scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure that supports development teams.
You will collaborate with architects, developers, and product teams to implement DevOps best practices and improve deployment efficiency across multiple business domains.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
Develop and manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized services.
Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm.
Optimize systems for scalability, availability, and performance.
Collaborate with developers to streamline software delivery and operations.
Required Experience & Knowledge
Education: Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and automation frameworks.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go).
Familiarity with security practices, OAuth2, and secrets management tools such as Vault.
Domain Expertise:
Experience in software delivery transformation and platform engineering.
Familiarity with Agile delivery and cloud-native modernization initiatives.
