Junior Business Development Executive

28K – 30K Basic plus bonus scheme, OTE 35-42K

Based Burnley close to motorway and public transport links, free parking. Office based, so candidates need to live within commutable distance

Your role as Junior Business Development Executive

Growing sales pipeline, handling pre-qualified leads and making cold calls to gather new leads and close sales
Seeking out new clients and new sales opportunities
Answering client queries and providing relevant information
Learning how to prepare sales presentations, proposals and contracts alongside the senior BDM & Marketing
Updating all information internal systems
Keeping up to date with industry and company trends and developments
Attending industry events and conferences, networking and building relationships

Skills and Experience:

Ideally possess some basic experience of Sales or customer service or be a graduate that is looking to build a career within Business Development
Be comfortable talking to new people and generating new opportunities via cold calling, LinkedIn etc, networking and events
High standard of written English and presentation skills
Have the maturity and gravitas to deal with and influence senior decision makers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
