Job Type: Contract, Full-time

Location: Hybrid - Toronto, Ontario, Canada

About the Role:

Join our Supply Chain and Manufacturing data engineering team to build and optimize scalable data solutions for leading healthcare and pharma clients. As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll design, orchestrate, and maintain high-performance data pipelines that ensure reliable, real-time, and insightful data access across multiple enterprise systems.

Required skills:

3+ years of experience in a Data Engineering role with a focus on Supply Chain/Manufacturing data systems.
Hands-on experience with tools like SAP, MES, LIMS, OMP, Kinaxis, or Anaplan.
Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
Expertise in big data technologies – Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
Experience working with cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency in ETL tools – Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi, etc.
Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes.
Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of data quality management, data governance, and monitoring practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel to client sites occasionally.
