We're seeking an experienced Audio/Visual (A/V) Technician to support a leading media and entertainment client's enterprise conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and live production environments. This role plays a key part in ensuring flawless AV performance across corporate facilities and delivering exceptional user experiences for both virtual and in-person meetings.
You'll work hands-on with AV systems, including Crestron, Cisco, and Zoom, to troubleshoot and maintain equipment, support live events, and assist executives and staff with meeting technology. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires technical expertise, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for AV and conference room support across enterprise environments.
Operate, monitor, and maintain AV systems (Crestron, Cisco, Zoom, Polycom).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with video conferencing, displays, touch panels, and audio systems.
Provide live support for corporate events, Zoom broadcasts, and hybrid meetings.
Manage AV incidents and requests through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Perform room assessments, support new builds, and coordinate with engineering and vendor teams.
Deliver end-user support and executive-level assistance with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience supporting enterprise AV environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Crestron, Cisco, Zoom, and Polycom systems.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex AV and conferencing setups.
Familiarity with live production workflows and hybrid event support.
Experience using ServiceNow or similar platforms for incident management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, including VIP/executive support experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in event or conference spaces as needed.

Preferred Skills

Experience collaborating with AV engineering and vendor teams on new room builds or upgrades.
Knowledge of AV room design, integration, and documentation best practices.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $38 - $48 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
