Crossing Hurdles is a referral partner. We refer candidates to Mercor that working with the world’s leading AI research labs to help build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Organization: Mercor

Position: Producers and Directors

Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $60–$80 per hour

Location: Remote

Duration: ~3-4 weeks (with potential extension)

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

You’ll be asked to create deliverables regarding common requests within your professional domain.
You’ll be asked to review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research.

Requirements:

4+ years professional experience in your respective field.
Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
