Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $65–$130/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Use real-world operations and leadership experience to develop accurate and relevant workflow-based scenarios.
Review and refine business, management, and organizational content for clarity and realism.
Provide written reasoning grounded in real managerial decision-making and operational strategy.
Work asynchronously and adapt to evolving task guidelines.

Requirements

Strong experience working full-time as a General and Operations Manager.
Must be based in the U.S., U.K., or Canada.
Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours/week.
Must use a desktop or laptop computer.
Strong written communication and analytical judgment.
Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status.
