Freelance Email Campaign Manager / Creative Developer

Start Date: Early 2026

Day Rate: £275–£350 per day (via UMB) DOE

Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)

Duration: Ongoing (no confirmed end date)

We’re hiring for a Freelance Email Campaign Manager / Creative Developer to support a leading global FMCG brand in shaping high-impact email marketing campaigns across Europe. This is a long-term freelance contract, fully UK based remote, starting in the New Year.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for building, deploying, and optimising email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Working closely with internal marketing teams and external agencies, you’ll help drive personalisation, audience targeting, and performance-based improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and send email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Manage timelines, assets, and approval workflows
Monitor and report on campaign performance (open/click/unsub rates)
Collaborate with CRM and analytics teams to improve delivery
Contribute to strategic planning and best practice implementation

Skills & Experience Required:

2+ years' experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Solid HTML/email build and testing skills
Understanding of email marketing best practices and accessibility
Familiarity with CRM systems and segmentation
Strong stakeholder communication and time management skills

Desirable (but not essential):

AMPscript, SQL for audience selection
Adobe Creative Suite
Salesforce Certification
Experience working in multilingual or multi-market campaigns

This role is ideal for someone ready to step into an email campaign management position, with full ownership of execution and impact.
