Position: Elite Product/Project Managers (Big Tech Experience)

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $85–$120/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Lead evaluation, comparison, and optimization of next-generation code agents used in AI-driven software development.
Manage structured testing processes and assess product quality, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate closely with AI researchers and engineers to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
Transition into expert-level product/project management roles for ongoing Mercor engineering projects.
Apply strong organizational and analytical frameworks to ensure project alignment and delivery excellence.

Requirements

Strong experience in software product or project management within top-tier tech firms, AI companies, or startups.
Technical background with familiarity using code agents in open-source environments.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top U.S., U.K., or Canadian university.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
