Location: Remote (with once a quarter meets in Manchester)

Rate: £525 per day (inside IR35)

Length: 6 months initially

Company: FTSE250 Retailer Organisation (250+ stores, 1m + website visits per day, 30,000+ users)

Start: before December 1st

About the Role

As the PM, you’ll take ownership of delivering a portfolio of technology and change initiatives that span multiple applications, infrastructure, and security projects. This is a great opportunity to lead at scale, shaping the future digital landscape impacting with 30,000 end users within the group.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading delivery of multiple technology and change programmes across applications, infrastructure, and core business systems.
Driving large-scale digital transformation, modernisation, and refresh programmes.
Partnering with senior stakeholders to align delivery with strategic goals.
Building strong governance, reporting, and risk management processes.
Ensuring benefits realisation and long-term adoption across the business.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience managing large-scale technology and business change projects.
Strong background in both applications and infrastructure delivery.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels.
Deep understanding of digital transformation in complex organisations.
Retail or consumer-facing experience would be a plus (but not essential).
