Our global solutions team is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist (Client Services) to assist a major media and entertainment client with a large-scale return-to-office initiative. This role will focus on supporting end users as they transition back into on-site environments, ensuring that workstations, devices, and systems are fully configured and operational. You will play a key role in setting up and maintaining IT equipment, providing hands-on technical support, and ensuring a seamless user experience during this critical operational phase. Our ideal resource combines strong desktop support expertise with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. You will manage workstation setups, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support enterprise collaboration tools across multiple office environments. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic media organization and make a direct impact on user productivity and satisfaction as teams return to in-person collaboration. This role will be performed 5 days/week on-site in either the Hollywood, CA or Burbank, CA areas. Key Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, monitors, docks, and peripherals for returning employees.
Ensure all devices, operating systems, and software are current and properly licensed.
Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a primarily Windows environment with MacOS.
Assist employees with workstation setup, account access, and login issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and collaboration tools.
Manage and document support tickets through ServiceNow, escalating issues when appropriate.
Maintain hardware inventory and ensure proper asset tracking and equipment allocation.
Support conference room and AV systems, video conferencing tools, and other enterprise media applications.
Work closely with infrastructure and IT operations teams to ensure smooth deployment of equipment and services.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of professional experience providing desktop or end-user support in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MacOS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory administration.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or another enterprise ticketing platform.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively during large-scale office transitions or technology rollouts.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting users in media, entertainment, or large enterprise settings.
Familiarity with AV/conference room technology.
Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $30-$33 per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires across all US locations. Within the range, pay is determined by work location and additional factors including skills, experience, and education. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
