The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Data & Systems Analyst to join a fast-growing company during an exciting period of expansion. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll take ownership of data analysis, reporting, and system improvements across core business functions, including production, logistics, and commercial operations.

You’ll transform static reporting into live, automated insights, drive operational efficiency, and support decision-making with accurate, actionable data.

Key Responsibilities

Automate reporting and insight generation using Power BI, including data modelling and DAX calculations.
Build integrations and streamline workflows using APIs, Python scripts, or automation platforms such as Power Automate.
Improve data reliability across business systems and prepare KPI summaries and reports.
Provide first-line support for the traceability system (React UI / .NET backend / SQL database).
Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.

Skills & Experience

Strong Power BI skills (data modelling, DAX) and advanced Excel capabilities.
Proficient in SQL, able to write and adapt queries.
Experience with Python scripting, APIs, and workflow automation tools.
Understanding of web-based systems (React UI, .NET backend, SQL database).
Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, Systems Developer).
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
