Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive, action-oriented Training Coordinator to support our Canada Manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, shifting-priorities environment, asks the right questions, and provides sound recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute logistics for training activities and events
Support and moderate virtual training sessions
Manage scheduling, enrollment, and reporting in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Communicate with instructors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery
Prepare training materials and documentation updates
Research and liaise with potential speakers/trainers; negotiate course fees and contracts
Handle room bookings, catering, and equipment setup as needed
Identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications:

College diploma (CEGEP) in Office or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
1–2 years in a similar role (event/training coordination preferred)
Bilingual in French and English (required)
Proficient in MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills)
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Assets:

Experience with Workday Learning (LMS)
Background in training or event planning
