he Role:
Our client, a Tier 1 Hedge Fund, is seeking exceptional C++ developers to join their front office engineering team. This is a rare opportunity to work directly on high-performance trading systems that drive real-time decision-making and execution in global markets. You'll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions have immediate impact.

What You'll Do:

Write low-latency, high-throughput C++ code for real-time trading
Build and maintain mission-critical infrastructure used by portfolio managers and quants
Collaborate closely with traders to design and implement new trading strategies and systems
Refactor and adapt legacy systems to integrate with our next-generation trading platform
Optimize performance across distributed systems and networks

What You'll Bring:

Minimum 4 years of experience writing high-performance C++ in production environments
Strong command of modern C++ standards (C++17/20), with deep understanding of language features
Experience with template meta-programming and advanced C++ design patterns
In-depth knowledge of network programming, sockets, and distributed computing
Solid understanding of Unix/Linux systems, including performance tuning and debugging
Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high attention to detail
Financial industry experience is a plus, but not required-technical excellence is key
