Job Description
Take ownership of core modules in cross-border payment systems (including payment gateway, transaction processing, settlement, and accounting), ensuring high concurrency, high availability, and fund security.
Tackle technical challenges in the payment domain, such as high performance and low latency, and drive the implementation of innovative technical solutions.
Establish technical standards, lead system optimization initiatives, and enhance the team’s delivery quality.
Stay updated with cutting-edge technologies in the payment industry to maintain the system’s technical competitiveness.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with substantial experience in Java project development and architecture design.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Spring Cloud, MySQL, and distributed system architecture.
JVM Tuning & Performance Optimization: Solid understanding of JVM principles and hands-on experience in performance tuning for high-concurrency scenarios.
Business Analysis & System Design: Strong business abstraction skills, capable of designing solutions for complex payment systems.
Technical Risk Control: Prior experience in payment/financial systems (e.g., fraud prevention, capital protection, clearing, and settlement) is preferred.
Industry Experience: Candidates with backgrounds in banking or payment sectors are highly preferred, especially those who have led large-scale payment system development from scratch.
