You will work on products seen by millions, collaborate with talented partners across Sales, Product Development, Design, and Operations, and help bring trend-right ideas to market on time. If you love turning plans into results and want your work to make a visible impact on shelves across North America, this role is for you.

YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:

As our Sales & Product Development Coordinator, you turn market and brand priorities into on-time, retail-ready launches. You own timelines, capture requirements in clear briefs, and keep teams aligned from concept to delivery. You support sales with crisp documentation and reporting, surface risks early, and use tools like Excel and ClickUp to keep projects moving. Your work helps us deliver the right products at the right price on schedule.

AS WELL AS:

Project & Product Development Management

• Coordinate all stages of customer-related product development timelines ensuring the team is focused on delivering to the milestones established by the sales lead and our customers.

• Develop and maintain critical path timelines for each project, tracking deliverables and flagging potential risks or delays.

• Prepare and issue detailed Product Development Briefs to internal teams, capturing customer requirements, sales input, and design direction.

• Manage the development cycle together with PD, ensuring alignment between departments and timely execution of all deliverables.

Customer & Internal Liaison

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer, the Canadian Sales Manager, and the Product Development Team.

• Attend and document sales and product development meetings with the customer, preparing meeting recaps, follow-ups, and action plans.

• Maintain strong internal communication across design, procurement, production, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth project flow.

• Develop regular schedule of comparative shopping ensuring the company develops the right products at the right retails.

Sales & Administrative Support

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop sales and product action plans for the customer account.

• Manage and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer expectations.

• Maintain and update project documentation, sales trackers, and critical path reports.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions (formulas, pivot tables, data validation) for reporting and analysis to support business decisions.

Process & Tool Management

• Use and maintain project management tools such as ClickUp and Trello to monitor progress, track deliverables, and share updates.

• Identify and implement opportunities for improved efficiency, communication, and cross-functional coordination.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Development, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or product development, preferably in consumer-packaged goods, personal care, or beauty industries.

• Strong understanding of product development processes, timelines, and critical path management.

• Strong understanding of retail and great commercial acumen

• Passionate about Beauty and Skin Care

• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data reporting.

• Experience using ClickUp and/or Trello for project management.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across departments.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week following successful probation).

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Proven coordination experience in CPG, beauty, or retail with 2–4 years in product development or sales support

• Strong grasp of end-to-end product development and critical path management from concept to shelf

• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and structured reporting

• Proficiency with project tools such as ClickUp or Trello to track milestones and drive accountability

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Clear, concise communicator who can translate plans into actionable briefs and follow-ups

• Commercial acumen with understanding of retail, pricing, margin, and assortment dynamics
