Lead Full Stack Engineer | Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days a week)

As Lead Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be one of the key drivers of what comes next, leading by example, balancing front-end craft and back-end architecture, and making the kind of technical decisions that actually stick.

This isn’t a “lead in name only” gig. You’ll have space to experiment, challenge conventions, and shape the direction of a tech setup used by millions.

What you’ll bring:

10+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 in a Lead role
Equal confidence across C# / .NET Core and React + TypeScript
A handle on AWS (EC2, S3, IAM), TDD, and DevOps practices
A refusal to settle for “that’ll do” engineering
