Job Description: Cloud Java Developer (GCP / Microservices)
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Java Developer with strong expertise in building and deploying cloud-native microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development, along with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and containerized deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
Utilize GCP services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and IAM for scalable cloud solutions.
Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Cloud Build, or GitHub Actions to support automated deployments.
Apply strong OOP principles and API integration best practices across microservice architectures.
Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
Partner with solution architects and product teams to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-based applications.
Leverage containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and management.
Work on banking or financial domain projects, ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and transaction system standards.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills in a distributed team environment.
