We are seeking a Business & Data Analyst to join our team, working across complex data environments within a large enterprise setting. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on solving problems, engaging with stakeholders, and driving improvements in data quality and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and manage data across CMDB/technology datasets.
Support and promote Data Governance frameworks and best practices.
Identify and resolve Data Quality issues by collaborating with data owners and stakeholders.
Capture, document, and manage requirements with strong traceability.
Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills & Experience:
Solid experience working with CMDB/Tech data.
Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality principles.
Experience working with data owners to remediate data quality issues.
Proven Business Analyst skills: requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Experience in large enterprise environments (Financial Services is a plus, but not mandatory).
