Job Specifications

One of our clients is seeking a HR Caseworker

Contract due to start in the new year and last until 2027

The role will be hybrid, around 1-3 days per week onsite in London.

This role will require active SC Clearance.

Minimum Requirement:

Experience analysing complex information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail.
Experience using different policy to make decisions.
Experience working to strict policies and procedures.
Ability to clearly articulate and justify decisions based on policy.
Experienced working to tight deadlines in high pace and sensitive operational environment.
Previous Casework Experience.
Experience of problem solving.
Stakeholder Management.
Good knowledge of Data Protection.
Competent with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PP, Excel, Teams etc.).

Desirable:

Experience dealing with complex cases
Public Sector background
