We’re Hiring: DevOps Lead (London | Hybrid)

Dat Rate: £700 - £750 per day

Start Date: ASAP or January

Location: 3 days per week in Heathrow

Are you ready to lead DevOps at scale and shape the future of infrastructure and automation? Join us as DevOps Lead and take ownership of shared practices across multiple squads in a fast-growing organisation.

What You’ll Do

Drive day-to-day DevOps execution across squads

Implement automation and infrastructure templates

Maintain operational stability through monitoring and proactive maintenance

Champion security, compliance, and cost optimisation

Develop and enforce standards for documentation and operational readiness

Lay the foundation for a centralised DevOps function

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on AWS expertise (IAM, networking, ECS/EKS, Terraform, CloudFormation)
Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code, automation, and container orchestration
Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, CloudWatch)
Proven track record in environment hardening, patching, and compliance
13–15 years in DevOps or platform engineering within large-scale AWS environments
