Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate should be eager to work with data, perform analysis, and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with internship/academic project experience in data analysis or business analytics.

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and organize large data sets from multiple sources (Excel, SQL, APIs).
Perform data analysis using Python, R, or SQL to identify patterns and trends.
Build reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize KPIs.
Support senior analysts and business stakeholders in data-driven decision-making.
Document data processes and maintain data accuracy across all reporting systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytical needs of ongoing projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
Hands-on experience (academic/internship) with Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of basic statistics and data visualization principles.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with ETL tools or data pipeline automation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning concepts.
